- Trash: Included in rent
- Water: Flat fee that may change based on usage
- Electricity: In resident’s name
- Gas: Depends on the building (Bld 105 - 203A submetered & 203B - 211 billed back with a flat fee that may change based on usage)
- 104 Lola Dr:
- Trash: Flat fee that may change based on usage
- Water: Flat fee that may change based on usage
- Electricity: In resident’s name
- Gas: Flat fee that may change based on usage
- Internet: Google Fiber Only, in tenant’s name
- 1611 Payton Gin Rd:
- Trash: Flat fee that may change based on usage
- Water: Flat fee that may change based on usage
- Electricity: In resident’s name
- Gas: Depends on the building (Bld 105 - 203A submetered & 203B - 211 billed back with a flat, variable fee based on usage)
