Which utilities are included in the rent?

The utilities included in the rent vary by property. Here is the breakdown for each location:

  • Lola & Wonsley:
    • Trash: Included in rent
    • Water: Flat fee that may change based on usage
    • Electricity: In resident’s name
    • Gas: Depends on the building (Bld 105 - 203A submetered & 203B - 211 billed back with a flat fee that may change based on usage)
  • 104 Lola Dr:
    • Trash: Flat fee that may change based on usage
    • Water: Flat fee that may change based on usage
    • Electricity: In resident’s name
    • Gas: Flat fee that may change based on usage
    • Internet: Google Fiber Only, in tenant’s name
  • 1611 Payton Gin Rd:
    • Trash: Flat fee that may change based on usage
    • Water: Flat fee that may change based on usage
    • Electricity: In resident’s name
    • Gas: Depends on the building (Bld 105 - 203A submetered & 203B - 211 billed back with a flat, variable fee based on usage)
    • Internet: Google Fiber Only, in tenant’s name
