How do I pay my rent with money order?

You can pay your rent in person using credit, debit, or a money order. You will need to log in to the online portal and follow these steps to create a payment barcode:

  1. Sign in to the resident portal.
  2. Select “Cash Pay” as the payment option.
  3. Choose a retailer (CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, and HEB are some approved vendors).
  4. Enter or adjust the amount to pay.
  5. Confirm or update your email address.
  6. Click “Create Payment Barcode.”
  7. Visit the selected retailer within 24 hours of barcode creation.
  8. Present the barcode (either print it out or show the cashier the barcode on your phone) to make your payment.

This process allows you to pay your rent securely at a nearby retailer. Ensure you visit the retailer within 24 hours to complete the payment.
