How can I set up utilities in my new apartment?

To set up your utilities, contact Austin Energy at 512.494.9400 for electricity service. If your apartment requires water, gas, or internet setup, you’ll need to contact the respective service providers. If you live in 105, 107, 109, or 201 W. Lola Dr. as well as 200 Wonsley Dr or 202 Wonsley Drive, then you will need to set up Texas Gas in your name. We will billback water and if you are not in one of the buildings listed, then we will billback Texas Gas as well. We do not provide internet and the only approved internet provider is Google Fiber. You need to reach out to Google Fiber directly to start internet service. Make sure to have a copy of your lease and ID available when setting up utilities, and plan to set up service at least a week before moving in to avoid any delays.
