Yes, additional fees vary depending on the property. Here are the fees for each property:

  • Lola & Wonsley:
    • Landscaping Fee = $20
    • Community Maintenance = $15
    • Pest Control = $8
    • Utility Admin Fee = $3.50
  • 104 Lola Dr:
    • Required Reserved Parking = $25
    • Landscaping Fee = $10
    • Community Maintenance = $15
    • Pest Control = $8
    • Utility Admin Fee = $3.50
  • 1611 Payton Gin Rd:
    • Trash Fee = $33.33
    • Landscaping Fee = $20
    • Community Maintenance = $15
    • Pest Control = $8
    • Utility Admin Fee = $3.50
